When users submit feedback, it appears in your dashboard where our AI automatically clusters similar feedback. You can then create GitHub PRs directly from feedback items with one click, streamlining your workflow.

How does the GitHub integration work?

Connect your GitHub account in settings, select a repository, and you can create PRs directly from feedback items. Our AI helps draft PR descriptions based on the feedback content and context.

Can I use this with multiple projects?

Absolutely! You can create multiple clients in your dashboard, each with its own client ID and environment configurations. Perfect for managing feedback across different projects or environments (dev, staging, prod).

Is the feedback widget open source?

Yes! The react-feedback-collector widget is open source and available on GitHub. You can view the source code, contribute, or even self-host if needed. The dashboard is proprietary but we're developer-friendly.

What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?
